Platform: The steps below are written for Windows. Many fixes also work on macOS, but some paths differ. If you’re on macOS, please reach out to someone familiar with OS X for help.
This usually means the Luzox cache didn’t download correctly.
Steps:
Open File Explorer.
Go to: C:\Users\YOUR_PC_NAME\.Luzox
Delete the .Luzox cache + data.
Re-download the latest Luzox Client from Discord #download-here or the website.
Run the client again — it should now load successfully.
Another possible fix:
Close the client.
Download Jarfix: https://johann.loefflmann.net/downloads/jarfix.exe
Run Jarfix, then open the Luzox client again.
This can happen with Java-based clients. First, make sure Java is installed.
Steps:
Download the latest client from the forums, move it to your Desktop, and rename it to Luzox.jar.
Open Notepad and paste this:
java -jar Luzox.jar
pause
Save the file as Luzox.bat on your Desktop.
Double-click Luzox.bat (or Luzox.jar) to launch.
If this doesn’t work, take a screenshot of the Command Prompt window that opens and post it in the support channel (e.g., #client-help) or open a ticket.
There is now a “Clear data” button when opening the client. Clicking this will reset and delete all client data automatically.
