As many of you know, LuzoxPK eventually became Luzox as we experimented with turning the server into a more PvM/Economy-focused experience.
After stepping away from the project for a while and with Kong no longer involved, I made the decision to bring back LuzoxPK and rebuild it around what made it successful in the first place.
Over the last 6 months, I’ve been working almost daily behind the scenes to completely rework the server, improve the foundation, fix long-standing issues, and bring back the true SpawnPK-inspired experience that originally built our community.
One thing became very clear while looking back at old data and community feedback:
LuzoxPK was at its strongest when it embraced its SpawnPK roots.
Because of that, I’ve reverted many of the previous changes that pushed the server toward a traditional PvM/Economy style and instead focused on rebuilding the fast-paced PvP/PvM experience that players originally loved.
⚙️ Core Engine & Infrastructure
- Completely rewrote the dialogue system
- Now supports Near-Reality style dialogues for easy content implementation
- Added a Near-Reality style plugin system
- Allows content to be copied and implemented significantly faster
- Added a more secure container result system
- Added a brand new Pathfinder system
- Completely rewrote the combat system (PvM & PvP)
- Behaviour remains familiar
- Codebase is now dramatically cleaner and easier to maintain
- Reworked the aggro system from scratch
- Added proper projectile clipping
- Fixed file corruption issues when VPS crashes occurred
- Fixed engine priority issues and improved thread safety
- Fixed login state desynchronization
- Fixed ghost online sessions
- Refactored login/logout handling into a centralized LogoutService
- Added thread-safe session handling
- Fixed a long-standing logout bug where players could not immediately log out due to false combat flags
🏰 World & Content Improvements
- Removed the old farming system
- Added the complete OSRS Farming skill
- Added a proper door, double-door, and gate system
- Added full Motherlode Mine support
- Added the Dwarf Cannon system
- Both were used to test the new plugin framework and worked flawlessly
- Added Prifddinas Rooftop Agility Course
- Added the full Hunter skill
- Added DMM Breaches
- Added Phantom Muspah
- Added Sol Heredit
- Updated the OSRS cache to Revision #236
⚔️ SpawnPK Inspired Reworks
- Added SpawnPK-style Trading Post interface
- Rebuilt backend systems to support proper SpawnPK marketplace functionality
- Added SpawnPK-style timed shop system
- Added SpawnPK-style drop rate system
- Added SpawnPK-style Preset system
- Added SpawnPK-style Spawn Tab
- Added SpawnPK-style Perk Tree
- Added SpawnPK Blood Shop
- Completely recreated the SpawnPK Enchantment Chest and reward system
- Added a brand new teleport interface
🩸 Wilderness & PvM Changes
- Reworked Brimstone Chest rewards
- Brimstone Keys can now only be obtained through Wilderness activities
- Reworked Nex to function much closer to SpawnPK
- No more lengthy original encounter
- Nex Unlock Scroll is now required
- Vorkath can no longer be farmed infinitely
- Teleport Scrolls are now required, similar to SpawnPK
- Added PvP Artifacts
- Updated Collection Logs
- Added proper Single, Multi, and Singles+ zone handling directly from OSRS area data

- Exotic Mystery Boxes now require completion of the Avernic Defender Adventure Task
🐛 Bug Fixes
A huge number of old issues have been resolved, including:
- Scroll duplication exploits
- Accursed Sceptre issues
- TOA Daily Task issues
- Numerous combat inconsistencies
- Various container bugs
- Multiple PvP and PvM edge cases
- Countless smaller bugs accumulated over previous LuzoxPK versions
And many, many more fixes that would make this post far too long to list.
🚀 Moving Forward
This isn’t simply another reset.
This is a complete rebuild of the foundation that LuzoxPK will continue to grow on.
The goal is simple:
✅ Bring back the fast-paced SpawnPK-inspired gameplay players loved
✅ Maintain a stable and modern codebase
✅ Continue adding quality content without introducing years of technical debt
And I’d like to be completely honest with everyone.
Years ago, I hosted RSPS as a job. Back then, my primary goal was to make money and grow the server as much as possible. Those days are over.
Whether LuzoxPK ends up with 30 players, 50 players, or 100+ players, I’m no longer doing this for the money. I now work full-time as a security guard and no longer rely on RSPS for income.
Because of that, I can finally focus on what I actually enjoy: building the server, creating content, fixing issues, and working with the community. LuzoxPK is now a hobby project that I’m genuinely passionate about, and that passion is what has driven the last six months of development.
My goal isn’t to chase a quick profit anymore. My goal is to build the best version of LuzoxPK possible and create a server that people genuinely enjoy playing.
